I am sharing with you my personal recipe for delicious beef tips in gravy sauce. I have always been a fan of cooking with wine. These beef tips are cooked in a white wine and beef broth sauce, the sauce thickens while you its simmering. Even my picky 8 year old said it smelled delicious. (And they were!)

I always make sure I have all my ingredients ready because I am the type of person that will forget to add something because it wasn’t with all in one spot. Having all the prep work done before I start cooking makes cooking much more enjoyable for me. This is one of my favorite pans by cuisinart.

Sides Dishes For Beef Tips And Gravy

I usually make rice or egg noodles, I tried to sneak some cauliflower rice for my husband but that didn’t go over very well. But I tried some and it was really good with the beef tips. Mashed potatoes with chives go really well with these beef tips and gravy as well.
